ArcIMS Designer is an application that is used to create ArcIMS websites that consume services created in ArcIMS Administrator or the ESRI Service Administrator. Users can create three types of websites: Java Standard Viewer, Java Custom Viewer or HTML viewer. Depending on the type of services that are used (Feature Services, Image Services, ArcMap Image Servies) and the requirements for end users, different tools and options are available in each of the website types.
