ESRI discontinued BusinessMAP at the end of 2009. Technical support for the product ended March 31, 2010. ESRI is recommending that users of BusinessMAP migrate to Business Analyst Online. This web-based solution provides most of the features and functionality of BusinessMAP, without requiring the install of any software or manage data and technology updates.
