NetEngine software is a programmer's library designed for geographic network analysis. With NetEngine, developers can deliver powerful software solutions to customers or end users who need functions such as:

• Path finding
• Site analysis
• Facility connections
• Tracing network topology

NetEngine functionality is now incorporated into the ArcGIS Server Network extension.
