System Design Strategies (SDSwiki) 33rd Edition, Fall 2013 release.

This document identifies System Design Strategies content changes since the 31st Edition released in Fall 2012. Many of the content editorial changes were incorporated in the System Design Strategies 32nd Edition published during the Spring of 2013. The ArcGIS 10.2 software technology, Arc13 platform performance baseline, and the new July 2013 Capacity Planning Tool documentation are included in this release.

The SDSwiki Table of Contents at top and bottom of each SDSwiki page now includes links to the SDSwiki appendices and the Preface (executive summary). Software technology is updated to support the ArcGIS 10.2 release throughout the SDSwiki. The Capacity Planning Tool (CPT) Performance baseline is updated to Arc13 = 50 and hardware solutions support 2013 platform technology.
